Before your treatment, we will have a short chat about what you are looking for and anything I should be aware of.You will be made comfortable, and I will explain what will happen before the session begins. Treatments are calm, respectful and always guided by your comfort.After your session, there will be time to gently come round and ask any questions.You are welcome whether you are experienced with holistic therapies or trying them for the first time.

I will explain everything before we begin, and you can ask questions at any point.Do I stay clothed during Reiki and crystal healing?Yes. Reiki and crystal healing are carried out fully clothed. You will usually lie down or sit comfortably during the session.Can I book more than one treatment?Yes. Combined treatments and packages are available. These are a good choice if you would like a longer, more personalised session.Do you offer mobile appointments?Yes, mobile appointments may be available in Blyth and surrounding areas by arrangement.
